We reply within two business days. Once we have the essential details, we aim to prepare a proposal within three business days. Complex work may need an agreed review period.
Agree & begin
We agree deliverables, price, schedule, payment stages and revisions. Work starts after acceptance, the required payment and inputs—not when you send this form.
Review & handover
We agree a private way to exchange project files and deliver the finished work. Formats, ownership and any support or maintenance are set out in your proposal.

Do I need to sell on Etsy?
No. Our listing packages focus on Etsy, but custom projects are open to other businesses too. You don’t need an existing shop or a finished brief.
What if I don’t know my budget or exact scope?
Leave the budget option unchecked and tell us what you need to achieve. Choose “Something else” or “Not sure yet” if your project doesn’t fit a category. We’ll ask any essential questions and assess how we can help.
How are price and payment agreed?
We review the deliverables, complexity, timing and resources needed. We may share an indicative range first. Your proposal then sets out the price or pricing method, any cost cap and payment stages. Payment is arranged for the agreed project after acceptance.
Can I send files with my request?
Add links to useful references for now. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or confidential files. If we need project files, we’ll agree a suitable private way to share them.
Is support included after delivery?
Your proposal defines the handover, any included support and its duration. Website hosting, maintenance, future changes and third-party costs are discussed and agreed where relevant.
